Initiate your return
Visit your Google Store order history, select the item you wish to return, and click on the 'Return' button to start the process.
Prepare your package
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and place your item in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.
Ship the item
Attach the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location specified in your return instructions.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
